  • Fresh Fiber Source That Regulates Bowel Movement & Enhances Gut Health
  • To regulate bowel movement
  • Prevent constipation
  • One of the most reliable and one of the safest is psyllium
  • As a laxative, it can make toilet breaks less of a struggle.
  • Its fiber has the ability to soften the stool, turning bowel movement into one smooth flushing out of bodily waste
  • It may also have beneficial effects on the major parts of the body such as the health of the heart.
  • Guaranteed fresh and unpolluted. It is free of chemicals, from the growing phase until the processing period

May Lower Risk Of Getting A Heart Disease & Helps In Controlling Weight

Incorporating psyllium in the diet can lower cholesterol, blood sugar, and strengthen the heart muscle

Once psyllium is inside the body, it absorbs water. This can easily give the person the sensation of being full, stopping him or her from eating more. Consequently, this will make him or her regulate weight or even lose some of them.

    Good For The Gut

Psyllium has prebiotic effects that could nourish the gut flora.

May Help Maintain Good Blood Sugar Levels

Taking psyllium before a meal shows that it could improve glucose control especially among those battling an out of whack blood sugar levels. It might be even better than other fiber sources such as bran with its ability to slow down food digestion and by doing so, regulates blood sugar in the body.

    May Treat Diarrhea

By increasing the thickness of the stool and making its passage into the colon slower, psyllium might treat people having diarrhea. Since it absorbs water, then it is possible that the stool will not be runny and watery like those passed on while having diarrhea.

    May Be The Superior Fiber

Other fiber sources can also aid in digestion, but they can provide bodily discomfort like flatulence. Psyllium hardly does that effect on those who have taken it as a fiber source. Studies also reveal that it has little to no side effects among those who have tried it as a fiber supplement.

Our Whole Psyllium Seed Husk contains non-irradiated psyllium seed husk that is freshness dated. To ensure fresh flavor that's always pure and natural
